Coaching

In quarantine? Take time for your own development. Right now 25% off coaching online.

Why?

The need for coaching can occur at any time, both among leaders and employees. We all have needs and opportunities for improvement, but we do not always know what, how, or when this will take place. Sometimes we are facing change that we do not really know how to cope with. Another time, we are challenged by a specifically tough project, task or situation.

A coach can help us achieve what we want faster than we can manage on our own.

Which results can I expect?

The content in coaching depends on what the client wishes to achieve. Possible results are:

  • Clear and credible leadership
  • Setting up and achieving goals that are truly anchored in the whole system

  • Handling relationships

  • Carrying out presentations

  • Handling conflict and problem solving

  • Dealing with stress

  • Planning – time management

  • How to draw out the best from individuals and the team

  • New ways of thinking and acting
  • General development, taking greater individual responsibility, increased well being

What is Coaching?

International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as:

"Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment."

Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every Client is creative, resourceful and whole. Standing on this foundation, the Coach's responsibility is to:

  • Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve

  • Encourage client self-discovery

  • Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies

  • Hold the client responsible and accountable

This process helps clients dramatically improve their outlook on work and life, while improving their leadership skills and unlocking their potential.

How does this come about?

A coaching process can last a few months or continue for a longer period. The first meeting is free of charge and gives the client the opportunity to see the possibilities of the coaching process and get to know the coach. After the meeting the client decides if he/she wants to continue. Then the meetings generally take place every other week.

Of utmost importance is that there is trust between the coach and the person being coached.

Think big, go slowly, then things happen quickly.
